Data Privacy Notice
The Data collected in this form will be used by Darley First Responders (DFR) C/o East
Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) to administer your request.
By submitting your form, you are giving your consent to the processing of your data which will
form the lawful basis in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and
UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR) Article 6.
The information provided may be transferred from DFR to EMAS to register your interest as
required. DFR and EMAS are dual controllers for the information provided.
DFR will only process the information for the purpose specified above and in accordance
with their Data Privacy Policy.
DFR will produce anonymised statistical data to monitor the uptake of the project. Any
information no longer required will be deleted after a 24 month period.
